This Chenin Blanc is fresh and aromatic, showing aromas of white fresh fruits such as apricots and peach, followed by hints of honey along with some subtle notes of nuts, coconut, tea and caramel.

The palate is very round and expresses a great balance between refreshing acidity, citrus & nuts. The aftertaste perfumes follow through the delicate aromas on the nose while evoking citrus and nutty hints

80% of this wine if fermented in stainless-steel tanks, and the remaining 20% in new French oak barrels for 6 months.
