This 60% Malbec 40% Cabernet Sauvignon Blend from the Uco Valley is a showcases to perfection the complexity and intensity of high altitude wines from “Tupungato” in the Uco Valley of Mendoza.

With a very small production of only 3,600 bottles for the 2017 vintage you should consider yourself lucky if you can get a bottle.

Intense ruby red colour appearance.

Very complex on the nose with intense aromas of black berries and pepper, accompanied by hints of vanilla & chocolate due to its oak ageing.

Full-bodied on the palate showing great texture through its black fruits flavours and a perfectly balanced acidity which elevates the elegant structure of this wine, ending with a finish that lingers on the palate for a long time.

Aged for 24 months in 30% American oak & 70% French oak, followed by a minimum of another 6 months in the bottle with a 10/12 years ageing potential.

We recommend to use a decanter to enjoy this wine.
