This is a classic style Pinot Noir, aromatic and vibrant. Aged in French oak barrels to enhance the varietal's natural vivacity. Intense in character, fruity and spicy notes prevail.
Bright ruby red in color. The nose presents intense fruity notes, such as rosehip jelly and wild apple. It has a spicy profile, with aromas of cinnamon and black tea strands, along with fresh herbaceous notes reminiscent of pine needles.
A wine with a smooth, yet unctuous and deep mid-palate. Complex.
Aged for 10 months in French Oak barrels, followed by 4 months of bottle ageing.
