Light golden appearance.

Aromas of tropical fruits, citrus and floral notes on the nose followed by hints of vanilla.

Smooth buttery texture on the palate with flavours of pear, melon, creamed pineapple, and figs showing a refreshing well balanced acidity with a very elegant lengthy finish.

20% aged in French oak barrels for 6 months & 80% aged in stainless steel tanks for 6 months, followed by 5 months of bottle ageing.
