A fragrant wine, which immediately seduces with its originality, announcing an exceptionally fresh taste. The style reflects a search for harmony between complexity and pleasure. 100% Chardonnay.
The colour is a bright straw yellow, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is fresh and elegant, with clear aromas of hawthorn, bread crust, balsamic notes, hints of pippin apple, dried figs and peanuts. Supple in the mouth, but not sweet, it has a fresh, pleasant flavour. The finish is long, assertive and very enjoyable.
First ageing 7 months, partly in steel and partly in barrique. Ageing on the lees from 30 to 36 months. Ageing after disgorgement 3 - 4 months
