Grown organically, the vines yield approximately 3,000 kg per hectare, resulting in concentrated fruit flavors.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eVinification takes place in stainless steel tanks and concrete eggs, with a short pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation occurs at low temperatures using native yeasts.
