"The origins of our winery date back to 1848, however the winery was acquired in 1992 by its current owner, Don José Páez Morilla, creator of Bodegas Dios Baco, SL, with the intention of entering the difficult world of sherry with its products of unbeatable quality, limited production, and returning to the origins of its foundation"

This sherry has a deep dark brown appearance with a viscous texture.

Aromas of raisins and dried prunes on the nose with hints of coffee, chocolate and toffee.

Very smooth and velvety on the palate with flavors of raisins, spices and a sticky sweetness which creates a round lingering finish.

During the manufacturing process, the grapes must be dried in the sun during the harvest. When they become raisins, that first nectar is introduced into the soleras.

We recommend serving this wine slightly chilled.
