"The winery is located in Reus, near the coast of the Mediterranean Sea in Catalonia. Reus is considered the "cathedral" of Spanish vermouth"

This vermouth is produced in a similar way to sherry using the “Solera System” barrel ageing and it is also aromatised with 150 different botanicals, giving it much more structure & texture than the traditional vermouth.

Rich and spiced on the nose with aromas of Mediterranean herbs like rosemary & sage along with roasted nuts and liquorice notes due to its barrel ageing.

The palate is fresh & complex with flavours of herbs, caramel & walnuts followed by a gentle bitter/spice finish that makes this Reserve vermouth irresistible.

We recommend to serve neat slightly chilled or on the rocks.
