Reus, Catalonia - Spain

There is nothing like sitting down, relaxing and enjoying “La hora del Vermut” as they do in Spain with a Vermouth on ice with some olives. Don’t miss out on this versatile classic that is making a massive comeback!

Though its origin can take us back to the ancient Greece, the first versions of Vermouth as we know it go back to Turin, Italy around the late 18th century.

Vermouth was introduced to Spain in the 19th century, being the Catalan city of Reus the epicentre of it as this city was already very popular for its world class distilleries and liquor production. There were more than 30 Vermouth producers in Reus between the 19th and 20th century

We work with 2 of the top producers from Reus and we truly believe that no one should be missing out on “La hora del vermut” by tasting the extraordinary Vermut de Reus in any of the varieties that we offer.
