A beautiful Sauvignon Blanc from the end of the world.

The wine shows a pale yellow hue appearance with greenish reflections.

The bouquet shows off all the varietal characteristics: citrus at the start and then nuances of pineapple, mango and passion fruit.

The front palate is dry, but then the tropical fruit characters start to show. Round and nicely balanced acidity, with  a long finish.
