An intriguing meeting of two varieties from very different traditions, this High Country blend combines the elegance and perfume of Pinot Noir with the vibrant fruit and savoury character of Dolcetto. The region’s cool climate and elevated vineyards help preserve freshness and acidity, while the Australian sunshine brings depth and generosity to the fruit.

On the nose, expect bright cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry, with subtle floral and earthy notes. The palate is juicy and finely textured, balancing red and dark berry fruit with gentle spice, savoury complexity and fine tannins.
