Nebbiolo may be synonymous with Italy’s Piedmont, but the High Country offers a compelling Australian expression of this noble variety. Cool nights and elevated vineyards help preserve Nebbiolo’s natural acidity and structure, while the Australian sun brings vibrant red-fruit character and aromatic intensity.

The result is an elegant, savoury red with aromas of cherry, rose petal and dried herbs, followed by bright red fruit, subtle spice and earthy complexity on the palate. Fine, persistent tannins provide structure and length, with a fresh, lifted finish.
