Aia, Basque Country - Spain

This wine is made using the unique Hondarrabi Zuri grape, which is a white grape variety native to the Basque Country in the north of Spain.

Bright and clean appearance with a pale greenish-yellow color and lemony sparkles.

High intensity on the nose with citrus & white fruits aromas, showing also mineral notes that add to the aromatic complexity of this wine.

A very round mouthfeel on the palate with high acidity and the classic fresh Atlantic character found in classic Txakolís.

Aged for 5 months on its lees in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
