This distinctive winery is located in the historic hamlet of Ebenung, nestled between Sinzheim and the Baden-Baden vineyard community Varnhalt.

The 2020 Kopp Riesling is a wild-fermented Riesling, showing nice minerality in combination with an off-dry profile due ti its 9,8g/l of residual sugar per litre, resulting in a very smooth wine.

Typical Riesling fruit aromas on the nose such as green apple, citrus fruits, fine herbal aromatics and a hint of petrol.

Herbal, juicy and slightly mineral with a fruity mouthfeel. Medium-weight on the palate, off-dry but with freshly balanced acidity that rounds up the wine creating a lingering subtle finish.
