Delicate Rosé colour is obtained by Pinot Gris skin maceration like the lauded Roses of Provence.

The nose offers an inviting blend of white fruits and citrus fruit, followed by subtle notes of berry fruit aromas.

Fresh entry on the palate, but with very good acidity due to early harvest. Very good structure obtained by its lees ageing followed by a long crisp finish.
